WHAT we do

At DNA, we work with you to facilitate an environment where people are trusted - enabling them to thrive, learn and create the future.

We use the, unique to DNA, 'Simplexity™' methodology. This is the art of creating a leadership environment where the really good people and practices rise to the top. Simplexity™ provides people with the methods and techniques to help them develop their own leadership skills, based on an understanding of the ideas of chaos in relation to human behaviour.

Our own research and extensive work across multiple sectors has highlighted a real need for bespoke change and development programmes that address challenges being faced by employees, organisations and business leaders today. It is no longer enough, or indeed appropriate to deliver highly structured programmes that offer a one-size fits all solution to teams and individuals at work.

Our core method is to take a 4-stage approach to achieving results that make a real difference:
